To receive a refund, you must return the uncut pattern, the pattern cover, and all instructions along with a copy of your order confirmation within 30 days of purchase. Contact us prior to returning your pattern to get approval. Please include your order number and a brief explanation why you are returning the pattern so we can improve our service. Terms of Use: Dawn Anderson Designs patterns are sold for individual home use only. These patterns are not sold for commercial or manufacturing purposes. Use of this pattern for purposes other than individual home use may be authorized only under a special licensing agreement with Dawn Anderson Designs. Violation of these terms is subject to prosecution. By purchasing patterns from Dawn Anderson Designs you agree to the terms of use.
